Overview

Swiss law, introduced in late 2008, has thrown into question the legaltity of some of the trails we ride on this week. As such we can't accept any bookings on this week until we can confirm what trails we can and can't ride. However, we are offering a guided week in morzine.

7 days, 4 different riding areas, up to 24,000 meters of descending up for grabs.

Our swiss freeride trip is not for the feint hearted. We'll be using every available method of getting up the mountain with minimal effort. Be it cable cars, chair lifts or cog railways.

The trip will take in the best that the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil has to offer: the Champery world cup down hill track, the Swiss national track, along with the miles of unused singletrack on this side of the border. Then there's the awesome Morgins north shore area and mellow DH tracks to session.

Just across the Chablais valley the ski resorts of Villars and Gryon are served by regular train. The local riders have built up a vast array of awesome trails. Steeps, jumps, north shore, the lot.

Further afield we'll use the excellent Swiss railway network to climb high above Montreux and Lac Leman at Rochers de Naye. We'll have over 1,500m of descent for each ride on the train - all on rocky footpaths and hardly another rider about.

Each night we'll return to our base in Champery for a hearty three course meal, with beer and wine to help those drops get higher, and the doubles longer!

Get away from the crowds and ride the trails the locals use.
