About Us

We expect you'll want to know who'll be cooking your food, taking you on rides and talking routes with you. You could end up spending a fair bit of time with us on your holiday so you may as well start to get to know us now. We all have a passion for the mountains and for cycling. We're an ethical company with a strong belief in keeping the mountains a beautiful place to visit.

flow mtb is owned and operated by Guy and Sara, with a little extra help to ensure your holiday runs smoothly! We're year round residents in Morzine so know the area well. As your hosts (and new best friends!) our main aim is to ensure you have the best holiday ever and come back to visit us in future years. We make sure our colleagues are as passionate about both biking and giving you a great holiday as we are.

Guy

I've been riding bikes since I could walk. Perhaps even before - although I can't remember that far back! After taking my trusty Raleigh Grifter off road I knew I was hooked on this thing we do. Since my first visit out to the alps I knew I wanted to return for a longer stay - so here I am now, doing the thing I love: making people smile and riding bikes.

I'll be helping look after bikes and giving you advice on the best trails to ride.

Sara

Determined not to become a bike widow, I decided to give it a go. Guy took me (and my 200 pound GT) on a trip to Morzine. I was hooked. Since then I've traded in the old GT for something a little more comfortable, and haven't stopped riding. I love the lift assisted riding, so know that when I make you climb, it'll be worth it!

I'll be replying to your emails and calls before you get out here, will always be on hand for questions whilst you're out, and occasionally cooking your food.

Jo

I'm 31, and have been riding MTB for about 10 years (6years DH) I hold the French Bike Instructing Diploma "BEES Activites du Cyclisme", I also use to be one of the coaches for the cadet/junior regionnal DH team (the team no longer exists). I have been ski instructing for 10 years and hold the French Ski Instructing Diploma "BEES Ski Alpin". I also spent 5 years as Assistant Manager in Veloland Grenoble (in charge of MTB). I race Regionnal series/Avalanche cup as much as possible, and have raced the Mega 3 times. I ride on Turner bikes ( a DHR, a RFX and a collector Rail) equiped with Hope parts. I am a total DH geek and am a bit of a rock&roll fan.

Jules

I've been doing and coaching adventure sports for longer than I care to remember. I run Cycle Wild Scotland in Aviemore offering mountain bike courses from novice level through to national governing body Scottish Mountain Bike Leader Awards, and am passionate about mountain biking, Scotland and the great outdoors. I've worked closely with the SMBLA since it's foundation and am one of its senior tutors as well as a member of the working group for development of skills coaching. However, not liking being tied to one thing, I also hold national coaching qualifications in mountaineering, rock climbing, skiing and paddlesports.

I brought the SMBLA's Trail Cycle Leader Award training to the Alps for the first time ever in 2007!
