The 2008 hire range breaks down into two models - the Santa Cruz Heckler and VP-Free
The hire bikes are available by the day or week - which means you can leave your bike at home and get ours dirty instead! With the increasing fees that the airlines are charging to bring your own bike out here, you can look on this as a great opportunity to try something new.

The New 2007 VP-Free
Our big hitter for this summer. 215mm of rear travel, controlled by the awesome DHX 5.0 Coil shock. Up front we've spec'd a Boxxer Team fork giving you over 200mm of smooth bump control. If you fancy trying out something a bit bigger than your usual ride, then this is the bike for you. Updated for this year: a 1.5 steerer tube to stifen up the front end.
Sizes small (people up to 5ft6) and medium (up to 6ft2).

The New 2008 Heckler
A true classic. Although the basic design of this bike is 10 years old, a new update keeps it fresh. We've spec'd it up with a Fox Float rear shock and a set of coil Pikes up front to deliver a true 'all mountain' bike. Don't be surprised to see us riding these whenever they're not hired out.
Sizes small (up to 5ft5), medium (5ft6 to 5ft11), and large (6ft-6ft4).
Helmets and Body Armour
We've teamed up with SixSixOne to offer you the very best in protection. For up top we have Strike full face lids; then for your elbows and forearms the Race forearm; and for your knees and shin the Race knee. All available in small medium and large.
Helmets: €8 per day or €30 for 6 days
Knee or elbow protection: €4 per day or €20 for 6 days
Knee AND elbow protection: €6 per day or €30 for 6 days
